The weekend is almost here!

 I had myself a perfect spa day complete with lots of exercise and a pedicure so am feeling great.  This is day #6 in my "return to tools", I am down 5 pounds already and am back in the groove.  Here is a picture of my dog Hershey and I floating on the raft yesterday in the pool while we listened to a meditation.   He seemed to really enjoy our floating in the sunshine.  Life is good if we just look at the right parts.  We all have lots of angst, pain, disappointment, etc, but the trick is to see the parts that are good and deal with the rest as well as we can.  Garage sales tomorrow.  I can hardly wait!

Life is good!!

Trying to teach that to my kids too! Focusing on the negative only adds energy to it. Energy follows thought...so always try to hold good positive thoughts in mind.
