My life is up to me

I love the idea of being the central actor in my own life with the whole world waiting and watching.  This helps me to perform in a way more in keeping with my goals.  It's so easy to forget that I am the only one who can make decisions about my own life.  If I don't like where my life is going, all I need to do is change my mind, make better choices, decide to fix things.  It's incredibly empowering to realize that our lives are being directed and that the director is "ME"!  I feel like I am finally back on the right track.  I did my stretching early this morning, went back to sleep for a while, then did two pilates tapes.  I ate a good lunch and am about to jump into the pool, play some music and begin some water exercises.  My young son is coming home for the weekend so I have that to look forward to plus tomorrow is Bob and my 39th anniversary.

You're doing great!

I love reading your posts as you journey through the program again.  Sounds like it is great the second time through.

Good for you and your progress!

YOU DESERVE A MEDAL

Thirty-nine years, congratulations.  Glad to hear things are coming back together for you.

LOVELY POST

Right on, Sue!  Glad to see you around.  True.  We create our own stage and doing it our own way (producer, director, actor).  Yeah, way to go!

Sending you good thoughts, love, sunshine and bubbles.  Have a great day!

Cheers,
