Goin fishin

 Back on track and feeling wonderful about that.  It's sunny outside and my son is coming by to take me fishing which is a lovely thing for a boy to do with his mom.  Food is good and I made almost 10,000 steps yesterday for the very first time.  It has been a struggle to increase the walking but slowly but surely it is happening and I can see the results.  Hope I catch a big one today and if not, who cares.  The sun is shining, I will float across the water on his boat and count myself lucky to have time to spend with my son.
