Sunday....but where is the sun?

 Cloudy, rainy, muggy, stifling hot day with enough moisture in the air to make my joints hurt.  I finished up my basement project tonight and it feels good to know that IF I want to sew or wrap or anything else, I can actually find the stuff I need.  There is something to be said for organization.  Truth is I have too much stuff and thus, the project of putting things in order is somewhat daunting but if I want to keep it, (and, Bob suggests that I just have a huge garage sale and get rid of it all), then I have to keep it tidy and accessible so that I can enjoy the having.  My weight popped up a few pounds today which shocked me into doing my stretches, doubled up on my cardio exercises and opted for a fruit smoothie with my friend Pat instead of a nice dessert.  Bob chose pizza for supper and I made my bean salad and ate the leftover rice and deboned chicken plus a peach.  Feel good but I know that one day on doesn't remedy six days off and that consistency is key.  Tomorrow I will try to continue and move closer towards my goal.
