Into action and it feels so good

Making the decision was the first step to getting myself back on track. I did a great lesson on Friday and am half finished my portrait of my son's dog.  Today Pat and I exercised in the pool and went to a great movie, had a nutritious dinner with watermelon for dessert and I am going up to my bed satisfied that I have done all I could today to move closer towards my goals.  I exercised, ate right, laughed, shared time with a dear friend, got some work done on the computer and still will get to bed early enough to have another good day tomorrow.  Hershey is walked, the dishes are done, all that remains is to get my list ready for a few garage sales in the morning and my paints ready for art class at ten.  Planning makes all the difference.

"So here hath been dawning another blue day, Think, wilt thou let it slip useless away?"  Not me.  Tomorrow will dawn bright and sunny and I plan to fill my hours with creativity, exercise, laughter and joy.
