Getting Better Every Day!

Back from Montreal and back to my routine.  I so enjoyed listening to Coach Steele last night on Happiness.  I am happy today.  The surprise to me is that although I'm not where I want to be yet, I am happy because I have regained "control".  Self control is essential to personal power and we are all capable of controlling ourselves even though sometimes we think we cannot.  The truth is sometimes we just don't want to.  I want to feel this way for the rest of my life and so I commit to doing the tools program.  Yesterday I made my exercise tape using the computer, sound forge, a microphone and my pre-written script.  I even added music to the mix and plan to listen every day.  I am inspiring to myself and now when I am exercising, I think of the script and smile because I am doing it.  I am eating wonderful nutritious food in perfect quantities and exercising...and losing weight.  I am not where I was (304) and I am not where I plan to be (194) but I am in process...making progress every day.  I am getting better every day, better every way.  I'm getting better every day every way!  This is my mantra and I walk on my treadmill to the beat of this affirmation.  A new low today....265!  Yippee!

I like to let the community

interact and take a life of its own, so I do not comment that much.  I do read all the blogs and I have to say that I love your attitude and the work you are doing.

Keep on keep on!

Loving the leader in you,

Devlyn

I agree

Last night WAS good wasn't it?  You expressed how I am feeling too.  Happy even though there is more to do.  You are doing great!

I agree! I agree!

(I had a hard time deciding which 'show support' icon to use because many of them fit.)
