Last night of our weigh less program...12 weeks complet

 I am down 43 pounds and into my old summer clothes for the first time in five years.  It feels great.  Judy and I are off to our Canada Health Guide group meeting, the last of the series and from now on, I rely on the tools program and sparks people to help me in my quest for health and wholeness.  I loved making a 12" X 12" scrapbook square of images that reflect how I choose my life to be and have posted it on the wall next to the treadmill where I can enjoy it.  I feel very happy and confident in the new me.
