Time to Review:

Today is Sunday and I decided to spend the entire day creating a scrapbook of the first 90 days in Tools recording weight loss, photos and all of my blogs in sequence.  Then I added my scripts for image and exercise, my life laws, some affirmations and many of the answers I posted on various important days.  Although it is not completed yet, I am so happy to have begun a permanent record of the first half of my journey.  I can pick this book up and read my thoughts, see myself getting smaller as weight comes off and I am reminded of my feelings as each day passed.  This is a turning point for me.  I am only halfway there although I have finished the 90 days and my plan is that this book will catapult me into further action to see my dreams come true.  My goal is 44 more pounds by Christmas or before my 60th birthday in January.  I can do this.  As coach often said, we have all the tools and now it is a matter of focus, intention and daily adherence to a plan.  So many of you have been supportive and helpful in this quest, I am truly grateful.  I didn't blog at all in the beginning and regret that now for it is through the blogs and responses that we see how our minds are turning slowly towards success.

what a great idea

What a great way to spend a Sunday - creating a book of your journey through Tools.  You are truly an inspiration to the rest of us here at tools.

consistent and permanent

What is so great about your example to me is that you are achieving by creating true permanent habits.  You have proved and are proving that it can be done.

Thank you

I love your idea...

I think it's great! I really love all of your pictures and comments, you inspire me!

Scrapbooking

I love the concept of doing your scrapbook. I'm a digital scrapbooker, so I do some of this too.
