Step by Step....Moving Towards My Goals

 When you have over 100 pounds to lose I guess it's a good idea to break that up into smaller goals.  I began at 304 and set my first goal at 275.  Eight weeks later, I am there and moving toward my second goal of 250.  I weigh 273 this morning which is 31 pounds down.  It isn »
