I Got The All Clear

I finally got the all clear after the cancer scare! It turns out that the growth probably was cancerous, but was very lucky in the fact that they picked it up VERY early - before it had the chance to really develop..

 I have to back in a few months to make sure that it doesn't develop back at anytime, and then yearly checkups.

It has been a testing few months to be honest - but I am using the experience as a very positive one.  I have vowed to lose weight and get healthy - which I am realistic in the fact that it takes time, but every little thing is positive - the weight loss is starting to happen! I am more confident in myself, and much more focused in what I want to do and achieve, and will work harder than ever to achieve!

I also feel so very lucky - everything could have been so much worse.  It will never leave me, and feel I am a completely different person than before - but as I said, I am using the experience as a positive thing to change my life for the better
