finished day 5. While I did hit the snooze button, I will just say HEY, I will do better tomorrow morning. And since my inner voice ALWAYS talks to me, I am going to start listening to him more. I usually do, but need to do so more.
Yesterday I realized that I have the most awesome friend. I realized that he is always a POSITIVE force in my life no matter what. He gives the best advice on women, life, work, music, everything. Thanks man, you know who you are and I love you for it.
Ok so I set a goal for myself. I HATE cardio. Despise it, but my inner voice says, but Ol War Paint, it's good for you. So I gotta do it. Starting this week I am going to make efforts to go to the gym in the mornings and do 30 minutes of cardio. I am going to go 3 times per week. That is not to substitute for weight training either so I still have to do that too. I want to be fit for the SEALs challenge.
