Day 37 and feeling like a Ninja

I am so glad I took my time getting through the goals week (day 28 - 35). I have a problem with being 'random' or 'fickle' about ideas. I will get an idea, start something but not finish it. Now I understand the who what where when whys and hows of goal setting and achieving......I know where my mistakes were. DONT RUSH A WEEK> If you dont get it, take your time.

Maybe not mistakes ~ but the wrong way to set goals.

Me and my 16 year old daughter joined a gym last night and we have our first personal trainer work out set for this evening. My kids have been great and seemed to get that mom is working hard on herself.

Instead of buying a carton of smokes last night I went and bought a new book and new bras from victoria secrets. It has been a long time since i bought super nice under garments that i felt sexy in.

I am also not coming home in the evening throwing on sloppy clothes and laying around. I make sure that I look good and have on lipstick. Maybe sounds silly, but it is hard to feel bad when you know you look good. I used to come home from work, and get in Pj's at 6.........BIG MISTAKE. When I got my sleep routine from coach, couldnt do that anymore.

I feel like a better version of myself. I like me.

Excellent...

It's good to see you on the track you want to be on,  and beat the curse of the 6pm pjs....it doesnt sound silly, you reminded me of my grandma (A great lady) I remember growing up and being over for dinner, she would fix dinner get the table ready then before my grandfather got home, she would get changed, touch up her hair and make up, and sit in the lounge and wait for him to get home.....she always looked 100% and she said because it made her feel good.   Have a great day otter!

good show!!

Great to hear that you're feeling good inside and out.  :)  And thanks for keeping us going.
