sleeping with a misquito

Am I ever really going to get it? I had been doing so good on Tools and made it to day 42. Then I got cocky, sassy and over confident and just stopped. I haven’t even logged on to cheer a blog.

I was feeling great, but the crash from great is hard and fast. It always seems to be a small thing that does it.

If you ever doubt the power of a small thing, try sharing a bed with a mosquito.

At this point, I am going to go back and re- read and work from the beginning. I think if I move forward from where I am right now, I will end up in the wrong place.

It's true

The big crash is really a series of small 'bites'... we all have started with a big bang, given up half way through and then realize quitting is not an option. cheers to you and take care of yourself.

well your defenately on the right track!!!

you see the fall, you realize the smallest things in life make the biggest differnce, and you still have the strength and encouragement to get back into ttl and get yourself where you want to be!!! i TOTALLY cheer you and keep ur head up!!

Day 42...

I am still on 21, and holding. I am also going over the material!!!

The fact that you are back means that you do GET IT!!

One of the things coach says repeatedly and is so hard to do is not get down or beat yourself up!!

What is your opportunity here??

Your opportunity is to really make these tools yours!!

I am supporting you fully and wish you the fun that tools can be!!

SUPPORTING YOU ---GO OTTER!!

Sending you lots of love Sending you lots of love

Falling off track happens

and yes small things are powerful. The small action of falling off track by saying today it's ok if I don't follow through and then the next thing you know you've been not doing anything for a while. However, the same power of small things is true in reverse. The second you take that one small action in teh right direction, you are back on track.

Take a listen to this Podcats about getting back on track:

Cheers to the power of a mosquito and cheers to your power!

Hey you're back!

Face it we all get a bit sidetracked or 'cocky' once in a while but the big thing is you realized what brick you pulled from the foundation that made things crumble....Its great to have you back!   GOOD LUCK! and ALL THE BEST!...

I got your back forsure.

Sounded familiar

Hey there Otter,

Been there, done that, started over from Day 1.  My break was for a while, not happy with some choices so I started over.

The big thing is that your back and realize what you needed to do.

Hope your having a great day!
