Drama Garden

I have been guilty of cultivating drama gardens. Plant a problem, watch it grow and then feast on the fruit. After I have gorged on the fruit I then complain and allow it to sink me to depths close to no return. It is almost if I can talk a small thing into a large thing with my own power.

This should also work in reverse.

This week, I saw it, and have worked very hard to walk away from the drama garden and bask in the Zen of a peace garden. Planting, growing, cultivating happiness is far more rewarding in the long run.

I am almost ready to start back on the program. I have another week of reworking TTL. Without the nuts and bolts, the whole thing falls. Don’t build yourself without all the pieces.

Cheers!
