As far as having a great day.  It was far from it.  An all time low.  But today is a new day!

Bad Day/Good Day

Yeah, I had a seriously bad day yesterday myself but you have the right attitude.  Today is a new day and the sun did come up so hang in there!!

Rich

The days can't all be bad...it's a matter of averages

For every sorrow, there is a spot of joy.  For every emotion, it's opposite exists.  Bad days are so very special for they make us appreciate it when the sun finally shines down on us.  I have been ill much of my life and I can tell you that during the times of good health, I can hardly believe my good fortune.  And I would not even think of good fortune if there were not the memories of the bad days to help me see them even brighter.

I don't think I am explaining myself very well at all but I will say this.  I have to lose over 100 pounds.  I am more than half way there.  Will I ever wish I had not been fat?  No.  Why?  Because without these years of fat and failure and pain, I would not be the sweet woman I am today.  I am learning to embrace my life - the good and the bad and learn from each experience.  Keep blogging, I will be interested in reading about your journey.
