BOOST TO BOOSTMay this glad new year take you to your highest desired self (physically, mentally, spiritually) and give you as much joy and fun ... as well, bring you an abundantly blessed life. I quite like this line from T.S. Eliot; and happy to share it with you: For the last year's words belong to last year's language. And next year's words await another voice. And to make an end is to make a beginning. How very inspiring, indeed ... thus, every end should determine every beginning. Here's to a great year! Wishes and kisses from Autumn

I wish I were more sensitive. I find that I can't relate to many peoples problems. I do have my own faults but most of the problems that Coach addresses are things that I figured out 30-40 years ago. My biggest problem is that I get under peoples skin and irritate the crap out of them. I relate with children oftentimes better than adults because they don't have so much baggage attached to their soul. I feel that I am empathetic to Strength, Truth and Dreams... not to weakness, lies and fears.
One of my favorite poems is from the Sanskrit:
Look To This Day
For it is Life, the very Life of Life.
In Its brief course lie all the
Verities and
Realities of your existence;
The Bliss of Growth;
The Glory of Action;
The Splendor of Beauty;
For Yesterday is but a Dream,
And tomorrow is only a Vision:
But Today well lived makes every
Yesterday a Dream of Happiness,
and
Every Tomorrow a Vision of Hope.
Look well, therefore, to This Day!
