Kia ora everybody- this programme is fantastic!  I have spent many years retraining my mind and becoming more conscious of how my thoughts and actions create my reality.  And then one day, after being told about this programme some months before, I am tuned in and LOVING the positivity that I find here.  We have ready access to so much negativity, but as I change, I believe, as day3 has pointed out again, we are magnets for those things that reflect who we believe we are.  The wake up routine has been magnificent.  I began doing karakia (prayer) and yoga in the morning some months ago, some phases more consistently than others, but find my day is qualitatively different if I remember to do this.  And now adding this routine makes it even better!  I do have to admit though, I come from New Zealand, so putting on a cheesy American accent as I say "I'm having a great day!" and "The day is mine!" just makes me giggle and start out on my day with much laughter!  So thank-you to all of you who have made this beautiful thing available- joy is where I want to spend most of my time and this is definitely helping me to achieve that :-)
