Loving It!!

It seems I forgot so many many things on the way to becoming an 'adult'... like how much I love to be ALIVE!  How much I love dancing for example. every now and then I would catch myself unawares and love moving and shaking- that quote springs to mind 'dance like no-one is watching...' The second shopping day about music, and funnily enough, about 6 months prior, music came back into my life after years of absence.  So I KNEW what that day was all about.  But the dancing... I was just sitting here doing my gratitude journal and then a song came on the stereo, Chris Isaak 'I Believe' and I just leapt up and started dancing!  And then played the song over and over, getting more and more into it- and then my daughter and her wee friend came out to dance too!  So much fun!  And then we played more songs that they liked and had some more dances, now we are all tuckered out and I am just about to read them a bed-time story and settle them for sleep. A truly GREAT day!  I am thankful and very very HAPPY! Blessings to all!

Dancing

Don't forget you are a great dancer also!! Life is too short and "you can't stop this"!!

WOOO HOOO

You have just engaged in one of my most favorite activities . . .  welcome to the Living Room Dancing Club!  I have been dancing out my sillies and wiggling out my woes for years!!!  Great exercise - really changes your mind in a positive way!  Congrats - keep it up (and it has been an activity that my daughter and I share since she was an infant . . . still, if there is any stress in our lives, our response is to look at each other and say, "It's time for a Grass Valley Dance Party!"
