Running!

 

I went for a jog today.  There was a time when I thought I would never run like that again, or play sport or be light... So today was special.  Very special.  It was a beautiful sunny spring day, my daughter was having a sleep over and so the morning was mine.  I did the usual routine and then just got dressed and got onto the beach.  To begin with, I had it all to myself... wonderful!  Then after a good jog, I climbed a big rock overlooking the sea and meditated.  Again... wonderful!  then I went home, did my tools for the day after a lovely breakfast sitting overlooking the sea again.... how blessed is that?  That is the number one thing on my mind lately, how blessed am I?

 

The highlight today for me was a special gft from a very special friend.  A gift of love and as it turns out, a gift of release for me.  I am deeply loved.  Thanks Moana :-)

Wow, I also live along the coast, I've never been down to the Beach early morning before everyone else gets there, it sounds lovely!  What a fantastic day for you!  Smile
