State of Mind or State of Grace?

 

And so, another day of happiness.

 

What more is there to say?

 

Except that I am not really a hundred percent sure how this all came about, my great life.

 

I know some of the factors, I know I have worked hard, I know I am loved and I know I can achieve whatever is in my heart and soul to achieve.

 

I know this present moment is enough and always will be.

 

I am still amazed at my good fortune and where I find myself today.

 

And I ask this question:  Is happiness a state of mind, or is it a state of grace?

 

I feel that yes my mind has been re-trained throughout my life and my experiences, and now with toolstolife.  And yet, I feel that I am simply uncovering my essential nature, that extends far beyond the physical and the mind.  To me it encompasses my soul and my spirit- ALL of me.

 

Anyway, whatever it is.  I LIKE IT!  I LOVE IT!  And here is where I choose to stay.
