Gratitude is the key

Hey ya'all!!

Just wanted to share. I get daily messages from a website: New Spirituality Network [info@newspirituality.org] that I find uplifting and often timely reminders.  Anyway, today's one I think is reinforcin one of Coach's lessons- you cannot become something unless you can believe you can...  And for me supports one of my strongest beliefs now- gratitude is the key:

You Are Creating Your Reality (Part 4)

7. To think, speak, and do something which you do not truly believe is impossible. Therefore, the process of creation must include belief, or knowing. This is absolute faith. This is beyond hoping. This is knowing of a certainty ("By your faith shall ye be healed"). Therefore, the doing part of creation always includes knowing. It is a gut-level clarity, a total certainty, a complete acceptance as reality of something.

8. This place of knowing is a place of intense and incredible gratitude. It is a thankfulness in advance. And that, perhaps, is the biggest key to creation: to be grateful before, and for, the creation. Such taking for granted is not only condoned, but encouraged. It is the sure sign of mastery. All Masters know in advance that the deed has been done.

I ran about 16 km yesterday to celebrate my graduation from tools. I couldn't run 5 minutes when I started!  Wa-hooooooo!!   Got caught in a storm on the beach- flayed by sand/rain/wind, soaked through and then the tide came up and had to run through soft sand!  But still made it.  Fel like a real initition rite- and it represented some of my experiences here in tools where I have faced challenges that seemed impossible and against the odds and come though the end absolutly triumphant in myself- the more I do this, the more I believe I can do!  Truly the law of accumulation!!!

All I can say is YAY and it is SO worth pushing through and through and through- he exhiliration and feeling of satifaction is unbelievable....

keep going!!!!

Many blessings to you

Congrats!

Congrats on the 16k run! That in itself shows that your hard work and determination and dedication to yourself pays off big time. The storm metaphor was unreal!! But you're so right! And you conquered it despite what it through at you. Way to go!

You're definitely an inspiration to those (like me) that have just started our journey with Tools.

Awesome Job!

The best is yet to come

Sometimes when we reach a new high, we stop and ponder.  For you, I think you are just on the start of an amazing journey.

Good on you for running 16k - me not just yet!

Have a series of great days that form a great year - lots of love, Angie
