Holiday!! Yay!!

 

Just a quick blog to say I have never felt more relaxed in my life than I do this holiday.  I am in Melbourne staying with my sister.  I have come over for a conference for work, but my daughter and I came over a week before to have a holiday first! My mother was here for the first few days too.

 

I am relaxed.  No great problem is weighing on my brain.  I am not obsessing about anyone or anything.  I feel complete.  I've kept exercising and eating well.  I have had fun!  I did not check my e-mail until today and have no cell-phone.  I am not worried about work. There have been no family dramas.  My daughter is having a ball!  My sister and I have caught up over some red wines and we have gone for a couple of runs together.  We have examined life and our lives in particular and I have come to the conclusion that life is GREAT!

 

I have started the tools to optimal health today, again following my sister's lead.   I was very happy to log on today after over a week of not, to see how my friends are doing and also to feel like I was slipping into a warm bath- such a positive and relaxing vibe here!
