says: My bliss is writing. I love to use writing to express my deepest thoughts and to help others. I write self-help workbooks, to help people set and reach their personal goals. That is my true passion and what I live for.

says: Mine...taking either of my children to their own beds after they have fallen asleep in mine...the feeling of complete love and trust is unbeatable.

says: I have so many moments of bliss! But one of my favourites is driving 5-10 minutes down the road along the beach to see one of my oldest, closest friends. She normally makes me a hot drink and I lie down on her sofa. If we are lucky the children are in bed. And then we talk and talk and talk. It's not often that we run out of things to say. She is kind, super supportive and honest when she needs to be. I am eternally grateful for her wise words. I leave feeling lighter and tired (because I have been able to share and unload my thoughts, concerns etc..). This is one of my happiest times.

says: My happiest times are when I am playing with my 16 months old nephew. He brings beauty into my life.

says: I pamper myself with what I call a Spa night. I go into my bathroom when the household is sleeping and just do things like read a book in the tub. Pure bliss to me. When I was young and a busy Mom, on some days that was the only thing that got me through the day. I knew I could get alone and relax.  Now that my children are out of the nest... I still do a Spa night ...because I am worth it! I also find true JOY in knowing that God has made me, and has a plan for me to live by!
