Hi!  I'm an expat Brit, now living in the oldest settlement in Nevada.  I've lived in several countries and since getting divorced earlier this year, I am setting out to be the pioneer personal chef in my area.  I have joined Tools with tons of enthusiasm - I'm convinced it will be the driver that I was looking for to secure my screws in their correct places!

The last three dates that I have been on have all ended with the man saying that he will call me.  We're not talking about yound kids here, we're talking about mature men.  Apparently there must be some kind of "Dating Manual" that instructs them to finish the date saying they will call.  (And they never do...)  In my opinion it is far worse to promise a call that they have no intention of making than to just say nothing at all.  If they say nothing, they're not creating false expectations or giving misdirections as to their feelings.  Or is it the "man thing" to remain in control of the situation?  I am an extremely honest person, strong and exude a lot of positive energy - could this be threatening?  I am full of curiosity...

Just remember that other people act the way they do because of themselves and it has nothing to do with you.  Also, date with a light heart, meaning do not have expectations.  Dating is really a numbers game, it takes all sorts to find a person that is right.  So don't look as these encounters as negative.  Each date is getting you closer to that right person who will follow through, so keep dating and love yourself!

 What a difficult choice, because I have spent so much time in the wilderness. The first that came to mind was, however, a leopard - so I'll go with the inner voice on this one...
Why (describe as much as possible):
 That sleek elegance, the wonderful colours of the pelt (unless panther), the velocity and the place it lives.
My favorite domestic animal is (if you choose dog be specific with breed etc):
 Black Labrador Retrievers

 Their faces are so full of expression, they are really HANDSOME dogs, they are so mild mannered and yet they can certainly have what we used to call "a wild half-hour"
A famous Chef will prepare anything you want. What do you order:
 Any fresh white-fleshed salt-water fish, simply prepared to perfection. It would probably have some julienned veggies - but it is up to the chef.
Why:
 If you start with prime ingredients you have a magnificent eating experience. Don't overspice, oversauce or over anything!
Five people either dead or alive you would have at your fantasy dinner party::

 I'd rather have a tete a tete with him at this particular instant. It would be very beneficial (how shelfish of me!)
