Day 3 of challenge

I am going to be religious about this program.  I was pleased that day 3 finally actually gave me something to do that might help weight loss: it identified the foods I need to buy and eat.

A little quible, however.  We are three days into the program, three days of commitment and enthusiasm, but still no guidance other than telling us what food to stock up on.  So for 3 days we have really been on our own.  I have been following the exercise and diet rules that I already knew, but would prefer to have actually started the program.  I know this is about long term results.  But my enthusiasm is NOW.  I will continue to direct it toward my own program and then substitute whatever the jump start program is as they leak out that information.

I am truly on my way. Initial goal is 15 pounds in 2 months, with a longer term goal of 30 pounds by summer.   I will set and achieve intermediate goals.
