Day 5

this is going to be great.  Only problem right now is eating what I think of as Breakfast, with a portion of protein, carbs and veggies.  Felt strange eating a cup of peas for breakfast, but it tasted good to me.  Putting bread and cereal off-limits changes the "tradition" of breakfast.  Eating eggs without toast, for example.

But it makes me think about how artificial our definition of breakfast foods is.  I am sure the program will give me some ideas, but in the meantime I will just be creative.

Ready and rarrin to go.

Good on you

I believe that really is value in this program. Challenge for many will be sticking to it long term.  I stuck to a similar program nearly 20 years ago for 3 months and people stopped me in the street to ask what I was doing.

Am not really a fan of cooking food that far in advance, but will work around it.

Thanks for your positive reflections, they help everyone.

Have a great day! Angie
