Day 6 of diet

 

eating every 3 hours is interesting.  I am full each time but find I am really getting hungry by the next meal.  I guess it is the small portions.  Also find I am going through a lot of quantity of food. I have been eating out of my existing stock.  Time to hit the store now that I know what I will really need.  I have never understood the theory behind the water thing.  But I drink lots of ice water normally, so it is no problem.

 

Surprised the program has no mention of exercise yet.  But I am doing it on my own. I assume the program  will get to it eventually.
