Day 8

The program introduced exercise today with a vengence. treadmill 45 -60 minutes, 5 days a week.  I have always opted for less time (30 minutes generally), which may account for why I havent lost much weight.

Now we're talking.  I will make the time.

Did poorly on the diet yesterday, but perfect today.  I hope an occasional bad day wont hurt much.

One Day is Good If You Compare It

Good work keeping up on the diet and exercise. They say that any moment off your diet is bad, but I'll tell ya, I have had a house full of junk for the last two weeks thanks to the holidays and to friends who kept trying to be helpful by bringing something to contribute.Too bad everyone thinks that cake and cookies is contribution.

I wouldn't feel guilty about one day...
