Day 9-good and bad

I am really pleased with following the diet plan.  Cooked up enough pan fried talapia for a number of meals.  Realized I have been ignoring chicken, even though that is my most common protein pre-diet.  I particularly enjoy the fact that potatoes and beans are on the diet-in small quantities.  And I also love seasoned greens, even canned (I know, I'm a little strange).

The bad is that I didnt exercise yesterday, after bitching for days that the program hadnt introduced exercise yet.  But the goal is 5 days a week, so I can still do it---no, I WILL still do it.

I'm with you

Currently suffering from detox types headaches so took time out and didn't exercise today.  Following the diet pretty well although a little confused.

Here's to Day 10 and 45 minutes of exercise.

Have a great day! Angie
