I did the wake up routine this morning and it has affected my day in a positive way.  My only question is, is there something any of you have substituted for the clap to start your day?  I have a wife and baby that don't appreciate the noise when they are still trying to sleep.  I want to follow things as closely as possible, but the clap doesn't seem reasonable...any suggestions?

I joined TOOLS because:
 I want to become a better father and husband. I want to spend less time watching TV and wasting time on the internet and more time being motivated to do things. I want to learn to quit worrying about all of life's imperfections and start enjoying all the things I have to be thankful for.
You are offered your dream job. What job is it?:
 I haven't found it yet, so I wouldn't know. I used to think it was to be a TV forcast meteorologist, and it may still be.
My favorite wild animal is:
 Horned Toad
Why (describe as much as possible):
 They look so ancient and pre-historic. They are very fast and have the spikes on their body as a defense mechanism. They can also squirt blood out of their eyes as another form of defense. They are quite an interesting little creature.
My favorite domestic animal is (if you choose dog be specific with breed etc):
 Cat
Why:
 They make good companions, they like to sit with you and they have a soft coat. They do some crazy things when they are playing or hunting which makes me laugh.

 Something with beef and veggies.
Why:
 I'm a simple person, I love meat and veggies to go with it because they add natural flavor instead of using salt and butter to add flavor.
