Progress on my Daily Action Goals

 

I've been doing a medium job of achieving my daily action goals. I have began taking my vitamins and medicines consistently, and I have began drinking more tea, both of which were goals. However, I have not been following everything on my daily action goals.

I think it's possible that I'm not very invested in loosing weight. I do however want to be able to run for 20minutes at the 5pmh, and have a healthy strong body. I think I need to focus my goals and affirmations on that rather than weight loss (I'm a healthy weight right now). Perhaps that will help me find the motivation to put in the effort to achieve my goal of better health.
