I am a desert rat, love the desert except for the winds.  My home in Albuquerque is my castle.  I consider it a sacred space and an echo of my soul.  I am an outdoors person, having hiked and skied all my life.  These activities led me to travel which is another love.  and photography has been a life-long hobby.

I love many kinds of music; I'm a dancer--especially Salsa Ole';  I love to read; I write a little poetry; I love to cook; I love to garden; I love to create.

And I love to lie on the ground and watch the clouds form and move and dance. 

I hail from many places, being an army brat plus moving and traveling and exploring the world on my own since high school.  I love Albuquerque especially for it's many cultures, its landscapes, it's enchantment and it's Light.  Of all the many places I've lived in my lifetime, Albuquerque is the only place I have lived twice.

I find all of Life interesting, and most subjects seduce me into seeking more...Voila!  Therein lies the problem of too many interests, not enough time.  It's the same with friends--I have so many and they are everywhere.  So I travel and see the places, the people and the friends and never seem to spend enough time any one place.

Now I am recently "retired" from the US Forest Service, living in Albuquerque and hope to spend more quiet time smelling the daisies at home!

But I'm still called; I'm always looking for new adventures, new friends, and new ideas. 

And I feel terrific every morning!
