I was born in a small town in Minnesota. I got married, and joined the Navy after I dropped out of college. I lived for several years in Washington state before moving back to MN.

 

On the personal side, my father drank too much and my mother played the martyr role. They meant well but neither of them are emotional healthy.

 I was driving on a back US road in CA. It was autumn and the sun was just about to set. as I turned a corner the whole sky started to take on a soft orange glow. The trees and buildings looked so clear and it was as if I stepped into a postcard.
