starting week 9

 

I've joined a cardio class and a yoga class, which I enjoy a lot.  I bought myself a new pair of running shoes so I can continue my new hobby of jogging (not very fast mind you, but it's a beginning, which I am very proud of)!  Week 8 was long for me, lots of material.  I'm glad it's over!  I keep up with the 2-10 minutes per day of doing something to stay organized, and do now what I have to do around the house (ex: dishes).  It feels so much better.  Checklists are getting long... I don't even feel like looking at them anymore.  Good thing they are now split in 3 sheets.  I am debating if I should get a personnal trainer... I'm a bit scared of not being able to follow her routine and quitting... I'm scared of failing.  Anyway, this is a good resume of what is going on since my last posting in milestones.  Smile
