Stretching, eating less at one time, more times a day. Drink alot of water with lemon, and for a sweetner, use blue agava (all natural) or 100% pure maple syrup, or honey (they have lots of flavors now). I just lost 21 lbs.
Take a walk even around the block or up and down steps 2 times a week.
