what a struggle

Im back for my second round of tools. Having so much trouble since the passing of my father in june. Seems like my head has been in a whirlwind ever since. No matter how hard i try depression keeps creeping in more and more. My weight has gone up and i have had little desire to do anything. My hopes is that today is the day to make a turn around. Im going to spin class tonight and getting back to this site and getting some things off my chest is the beginning of what i hope to be a change.
