Going into the last week of TTL

To everyone just starting this program or mid-range through the program, stick with it, you are worth it!

It is hard to believe I am going into my last week of tools.  It kinda makes me sad :(.

The awesome things I need to report are that I have completed 50 consecutive days of exercise, and I have lost 17.8# since 1/31/10.  I am motivated to change my life.

I may go through the program again when I am done, to work on my consistency of using tools, and my checklists.

Thanks Coach Steele for affecting so many lives with your knowledge!

awesome!

Great to hear , keep up the good work! Doesn't it feel great. 50 days in a row, now that's an accomplishment !!!

AWESOME WORK, r!

I'm proud of ya! Great job on the working out. Since I joined TOOLS and took the 90 Day challenge, I lost 2 inches from my waist. I haven't been size 32 jeans since HIGH SCHOOL.  I'll see you at the finish line soon!
