Get back in shape 205lbs ripped, this is very important to me since I have always been in shape and hate the condition I am in right now

Quit smoking, it is a nasty habit that I have had for way too long

Yet another GREAT day

Not the start I wanted to the day but it was still great. I forgot to set my cell phone alarm so I over slept by 45min (will buy a real alarm when out shopping this weekend). No biggie still poped right up and started my day right, only downer was I did not get to do Tools this morning.&»

Long day

But another great day. Went grocery shopping and got 2 months of food(except produce) to start my diet for $200. Enjoyed Tools day 4 and still sober. Work went great and I got to see my Mom, it had been more than a week so it was nice to catch up. Off day from»

Yesterday was a ME day.

Took a personal day yesterday. Did some tools reading and just took it easy and got myself ready for the work week. Woke up today feeling great, finished day 6 and am feeling pumped. Hope you all had a great weekend and hope you have a great day today. And yep Still Sober!»
