Thats awesome taking up skiing, I took up skiing at a young age being and hour from world class mountains that's what we do here about the time we learn to ride a bike. I havent done it in a few years now, but i miss it, and I have to say you have inspired me to dig the planks out of the garage and get them tuned up! Good Luck!

It sounds like you had a great time. Skiing is awesome. If you realy want a work out do cross country. It helps to be high( I did it when I was young). But if you like nature(like riding the bike in the trails) its kinda the same but peaceful and quite. Try it some time! Glad you hade a good time and good to have you back!
