Day 90!

I've reached Day 90 in the Tool to Life program. I'm very proud of myself to have finished something I started.

 So much has changed since I began Tools. My thoughts are far more positive, I am calm and have no problem putting in consistent effort to achieve the things I want. I no longer procrastinate or make excuses and am living complaint free.

 I've given up 12 year pot and cigarette habits cold turkey during this course and don't miss them.

 I train 2 to 4 hours, six days a week muay thai, boxing, wrestling takedowns and brazilian jiu jitsu. I also do some isometrics and yoga stretches every day and I'm getting stronger and better every day.

 I have started my own business since I began Tools and work from home now and have more time to spend with my wife and son. We're expecting a baby girl in June, looking forward to that.

 I am filled with gratitude and am taking control over my life and am loving every minute!
