Day 6

This is pretty tough. I want to change my life fore the better, I want to be happier, yada, yada, yada. I know it's only Day 6 of the program, and while I feel and realize that I am acting differently, and I have generally had MUCH better days since starting the program, I do still feel skeptical. I know, real change takes time, and my brain is untrained in the ways I want/need to be. Hopefully things start getting better soon, progress seen always helps progress yet to be seen...

Keep on keepin' on!

You can do it, keep going! You can do it, keep going!

way to keep it up! :)

it only gets better...;D have a great day!

keep going!

I think it's very healthy to be skeptical actually. You have to 'buy it' ultimately....but I guess like you say, at the moment, you are seeing improvements and you certainly aren't worse off for having spent time here so far.

I'm on day 8 and I can't speak highly enough of the tools experience so far, especially the support I'm getting from other people. Changing your life for the better is a big goal...take small steps, be patient and most importantly of all, be kind to yourself with your own expectations. I really hope that you stick around.

Your doing great!

Your doing great!!  Day by day you will see more and better changes in your life for sure!!  You stated that YOU WANT to change and that is actually the first and biggest step of them all I feel.  If you dont actually want to change and dont commit then this nor any other program will help.  But if you truly believe that you can and want to be a better person then the sky is the limit!!  You ARE doing great!!

samesies

I was/am totally the same way - just keep going, even if you're just coasting through some days. Best of luck!

All you gotta do...

is want it bad enough and it will work for you. I've been working at this for awhile and have definitely noticed some great improvements in my life! Stick with it! :-)
