Day 90

 

90 days into the program and my life is changing everyday. When I started the program, I was worried, anxious, stressed.  Everyday was Ground Hog Day. Have you seen the movie? I could not quiet my mind. Since I started the program, my attitude, thinking, and life have changed. I see more possibility and find new creative ways to make my life better. I started exercising again. I have gone iceskating, rollerblading, swimming, and bike for hours on weekends. Each weekend I search a new park to explore.  I even bought a pink beach cruiser bike. On my bike rides, I take a camera make stops to appreciate and photograph nature. Each day, I find new ways to organize my life and make it better. I read inspirational books and purchased an ipod which I down loaded only inspirational materials and tools for growth.  I now find that change is possible and everyday I look forward to the new opportunites and the process of personal growth. As a result, all of my relationships are getting better.
