Sweet!

It's taking me slightly longer than a week to get this first week over with. Mostly because I've decided to do it right this time around. If I don't feel as if I've accomplished my goal for the day I do not click the finished button. I'd rather enjoy the ride and take the time to do rather than miss important details. If this change is going to last then I have to kick old habits like procrastination. It's easy to zip through all the days but if I do that will I really "get" it. Looking back, I obviously didn't "get" it because things haven't changed.

I need a change in my thought process.

I need to build self confidence.

I can only do this by taking it at a comfortable pace. If it goes to fast I miss the point. If it goes to slow I get bored and resort back into what I know.

Wow.... thats me

I can certainly realate...   I have always ripped through everything, and then shortly thereafter burn-out and revery to old habits. Some members here ...it took almost a year to get through the 90-days. So there is ceratinly no written rule...only the one we give ourselves. I agree... we should set the pace accordingly, so that we can digest and incorperate all this into our lives. Don't want to miss anything....   can't drive too fast, for it is the journey, not allways the destination that is important !!

You're not alone You're not alone

thake your time

IT'S NOT A RACE... it a journey take it all in stop and smell the roses... by the ways I started in 2007 I have not finshed 90 days yet

;)

but I will this time

Thanks

Thank you for your support it's nice to know that I'm not the only.  Laughing  Something about this time is different. I'm not going to try to figure it out. I'll just enjoy the ride.
