South Beach Diet is a mental breakthrough

After 57 years of suffering with my overweight problems one day in June 2007 my partner in life and business came along with an idea,which went like this:

"Darling, from  now on we have solved our problems!"

What do you mean by this?

I´ve found a method to bring down our overweight to omal measures without starving.

How? I asked

And then followed a detailed explanation of what is behind the South Bach Diet,whichis none,I stress once again, and tod about Clinton,who after his heart attacks applied just this method to loose weight.

Next day she bough all recepies and instructive books and flyers etc.pp and off we went with our eperiences in South Beach methods.

Up to date we both lost some kilos of overweight( 10 kilos and 5 kilos) and you can guess who lost more of fat.;-)

But what counts more, is the fact,that I ´m almost free of any heart rythm diseases I suffered from last three years and what´s more, I´m not tired all day long, as it was before,I´ve found a new job in the ofline world, as to being jobless more than 14 years etc etc........

Hey, this is a success story,isn´t it ? LOL
