South Beach is not a diet but a philosophy

 

Hi,

 

All my life through I´ve been struggling with overweight issues but for 11 weeks this has changed totallyad absolutely.The nightmare has ended and I´m happy and a bit proud to say that my partner Ursula and I have found our way to a highly enjoyable feed feast all days and all nights through.

We no longer have to miss anything when it comes to celebrate orprepare ur meals, as there is always something on our table what each one really likesand one of those recepies I easily like to present to you and is called "South Beach Teller" or platter in English.
