Help, advice needed

Getting started on a task is for me the hardest, then once I am in the process of doing this task, it is extremely hard...due to my perfectionism...to stop!

Use the principle of "Do it now!". Eacht time you feel like postponing something actually start it, even for  h5' at a time, the pressure will diminish as you will be involved in problem solving and practical progress on that task. It is better to try even fail and learn out of it, than not do anything at all.

Hope this helps!
