Hi!

I’m Richard Cooper…

Thanks for visiting my page.

A little about me? Basically, I have been a health nut for almost 20 years. “I’m 47 years young now…” back in my former military days. Where I was actually introduced to fitness and nutrition and decided to become a fitness coach.

Developed a successful program that was highly recommended and used by all base commanders and was able to help a lot of the troops who were not able to meet the military’s fitness standards to meet them an return to duty.

It was a lot of fun and I used to tease my aerobics class sometime “I had a candy bar today so I am REALLLLLY hyper!” LOL We would all get a good laugh it was a great way to break the ice. I even had a student walk up to me after a class thank me for helping him and said that he is now in better shape.

It was after I left the military, that I met a 72 woman that took me to the next level and shared with me the importance of eating “non-altered” REAL & ORGANIC whole foods and that I developed a passion for helping other people. And that is why I decided to use the power of the internet to help people.

 Because I love the way the Eagle soars in the sky with no boundaries and with grace. That is how I see my life in the near future.

 Because I like the independent nature of Cats and their affectionate purring is soothing to me.

 Lamb Kabob with natural rice and vegetables.
Why:
 Because Lamb is a healthy meat and meal.

 Because they are mentors to me and have achieved greatness in life helping others.

A sunset I remember:
 Was when I was traveling back to Atlanta on December 27th, 2010 and I saw one and thanked God for it in North Carolina.

Why:
 Because I am molding myself after the person I was created to be with my own unique talents.
