Six Weeks Completed

 I have successfully completed SIX weeks of Tools to Life.  I feel an excellent sense of accomplishment.  It has been challenging, in the past, to stick with something long enough to make real change.  I HAVE made real change.  I feel fantastic!!! »

Buttle Lake

 Major kayak paddle yesterday, on the water for five hours in total, paddled what we figured was about 16 km. round trip.  Oh! it was tiring by the end of the day but what incredible beauty.This was a major physical milestone for me.  I have wanted to live a more active lifestyle.  Bei »

Things Are Coming Together
