I do many things in this world.  Right now I earn my keep (and that of my children!) as a registered nurse in a long term care facility.  I am very fortunate to work in an environment so rich with opportunity to work on my personal development.  It takes pure grit most days to get through a shift. 

I have three kids, ages 20, 18 and 9.

I enjoy writing and am an avid student of self development.

I joined TOOLS because:
 I have learned to pay attention to serendipitous events.
You are offered your dream job. What job is it?:
 I work for myself and it involves helping others.
My favorite wild animal is:
 Always the Giraffe.
Why (describe as much as possible):
 They are gentle, gorgeous, geeky. They stand out in a crowd. Unique and beautiful.
My favorite domestic animal is (if you choose dog be specific with breed etc):
 Eh, although I don't presently have pets, I prefer cats.
Why:
 Their aloofness. They do whatever they want, not concerned with pleasing others.
A famous Chef will prepare anything you want. What do you order:
 Seafood! A huge, scruptious plate of all different kinds of seafoods.
Why:
 I love it.

Why:
 A good time for me consists of good food, good music and lots of laughter.

 Flying back up island from Qualicum in my sweetheart's plane, sun just beginning to dip down behind the mountains, cruise ship out in the straight, we only met each other a few months ago and we both feel the world before we met, and all the hearthache, no longer exists.
