Getting better

 Alright we are definitely noticing a difference I actually stayed on here for four days doing my tools and then went on hiatus but after only 3 days (half the time of the last one) I am back. I've noticed since I quit smoking cigarettes I've gained a considerable and disgusting amount of weight so even though I really wanted to do one thing at a time and not over load myself I am going to have to start stretching and working out. (deep breath) Wish me luck, I'm 250 now and have 70 lbs to lose if not more.(Gulp) Alright well I just wanted to update everyone who is having trouble staying on the program doing it day after day. Just remember even if you slip the only thing that is going to happen is when you come back you pick right back up and remember that everything is an accomplishment because you made a choice to be here. Yay me! For coming back so soon and Yay you! for being here.

Its hard to want to change but you seem like you are well on your way. Congrats on the smoking thing!! And loosing the weight will come it just takes time. Im here for ya if you need any advice!
